Any form CapBloom builds for you, including your Investor Profile form, can live on your own website instead of (or in addition to) its CapBloom-hosted link. The form itself does not move. You are just pasting a small snippet of code onto your site so the same form shows up there and still flows straight into CapBloom. Using the Investor Profile form as the example below, but this works the same way for any form.

The mental model: the embed code is a window into the form that still lives in CapBloom. Submissions still land in your CapBloom contact records and still trigger your tagging and workflows, no matter which website the window is sitting on.

How do I find it?
What do I do with it?
๐ Method 2: Paste it into your website
How do I add it in WordPress?
How do I add it in Squarespace?
How do I add it in Wix?
How do I add it in Shopify?
How do I add it in Duda?
My website builder isn't listed here
๐ค Method 3: Someone else manages your website
What do I send them?

- Exact menu names and button labels can shift slightly as website builders and CapBloom both update their interfaces. If what you see on screen does not match the wording above, look for the nearest equivalent (Embed, Custom HTML, Code Block) rather than assuming something broke.
- Keep the embed off checkout or cart pages on platforms like Squarespace that do not support it there.
- Pasting the code is not the finish line. Always test it (see below) before you consider the form live.
