Custom values (also called merge fields) are dynamic tokens you insert into emails, SMS, and other content. When the message is sent, CapBloom replaces each token with the actual data from that contact's record.
How to Use Them
In any email template, type {{ to trigger the merge field selector. Or type the full token directly.
Example: Hi {{contact.first_name}}, becomes Hi Sarah, for a contact named Sarah.
