Key Calendar Settings Explained

When configuring your booking calendar in CapBloom, here's what each setting controls:

Slot Duration

The length of each appointment. Set this to match your standard investor call length (15 or 30 minutes is most common).

Slot Interval

How frequently appointments can be scheduled. If set to 60 minutes, new appointments can only start on the hour.

Buffer

Time blocked before or after each appointment. Useful for prep, notes, or transitions. Setting a 10-15 minute buffer prevents back-to-back calls.

Appointments per Slot

How many appointments can be booked in the same time slot. Keep this at 1 for individual investor calls.

Appointments per Day

The maximum number of calls allowed in a single day. Use this to protect your calendar from overbooking.

Minimum Scheduling Notice

Prevents last-minute bookings. If set to 24 hours, investors can't book a call less than a day out. Recommended: 24-48 hours.

Date Range

How far into the future someone can book. If set to 4 weeks, investors can only book within the next 4 weeks.

Office Hours

The hours during which appointments are available. Set these to match your actual availability.
