After your webinar ends, you need to finalize and activate your post-webinar follow-up sequence in CapBloom. Do this within a few hours of the webinar ending.


Step 1: Update the Webinar Replay Emails

In CapBloom, go to Automations > Webinar Replay Workflow.

You'll see two versions of the follow-up email:

For attendees: Reinforce key points from the webinar. Thank them for attending. Lay out clear next steps.

For non-attendees: Share the replay link. Highlight what they missed. Create urgency around the investment opportunity.


Step 2: Fill Out Custom Values

Before any email goes out, make sure these are updated:

Go to: Settings > Custom Values > Search "Webinar Replay" and "Pitch Deck"


Step 3: Manage Contact Flow

All contacts who went through the webinar are sitting in a "wait step" in the Webinar Replay automation, set to advance the following day.

Two options:

Option A: Add more wait time
